This music, A Favorite Lesson for the Harpsichord,was discovered earlier this year in Dedham, Massachussetts. It was composed in 1747 by musician William Edmund, and it is one of the earliest American harpsichord suites. There are four sections: Allegro, Minuet, Gavotte, and Jig.
