Brisbane has had a couple of weeks of rain—not constant, dreary rain, but repeated intermittent showers of varying severity each day.
This isn't good news for riding. Even if the sun is out for a while and you kit up and get ready for a ride, by the time you have something to eat, grab a spare tube and your keys, the weather has changed and it's windy, grey and raining outside.
But despite that, I have managed to get out pretty much as I should, albeit returning with a much soggier bottom that I would like.
Perhaps the most annoying part about the current east coast weather pattern is this—Hobart's forecast:
Yep, looks like we're in for a wet one for the second round of the National Series. Time for some mud tyres, perhaps?
