Rodents and things found in the back yard.

We walked over to Shaun and Jenn's place to drop off a few things, and so that Emily could figure out how to get there if she ever felt the need to walk there.  And she will, because she loves the Jenn's hamsters. We all took turns holding them and I have to admit they were cute. But we are NEVER getting hamsters.
NEVER!
Besides, we have a resident mouse that lives in the garden. That's the closest a rodent is going to get our house.

 Spring has finally come!
And things are sprouting in my garden. Weeds and things I planted! I am not weeding yet, mainly because I can't tell the baby weeds from the baby veggies. I have to wait a bit, I know the veggies are growing in a row, the weeds are not.  These are radishes, white ones for making Japanese pickled radishes, one of many things we miss with Grandpa gone.
Linus took a moment to pose for me in front of my forsythia. I wish it would stay yellow all year!
