I'm channeling this quirky sixties eye make-up experiment of the mod underground star Edie Sedgwick, I love! Try it at home using pencil eyeliner for the trace on your eyelids, then double it with liquid eyeliner. Add fake eyelashes, 60's babes always wear faux eyelashes to look dolly! It'll make your eyes look bigger and complete your mod look at the same time. :)
